We understand the importance of this gift for your child’s special day. We work diligently to ensure that your order is delivered within a maximum of 15 working days. We recommend ordering at least three weeks before the birthday to ensure timely arrival.
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the book enters the personalization and printing phase, and we can no longer accept changes. If you cancel within the 12-hour window, we will issue a coupon for the same amount sent to your email.
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure third-party gateway. Depending on your location, PayPal is also available. Since each book is custom-printed for your child, we require payment in advance.
