How long will it take to deliver my book?

We understand the importance of this gift to your loved ones, and we are working diligently with shipping companies to ensure that your order is delivered within a maximum of 15 working days. We apologize in advance if there are any external factors delaying your order related to shipping companies. If there is any delay, please contact us so that we can facilitate communication with the shipping company.

There was a mistake in the names or dedication section. Can you help me fix it?

How do I customize my book?

Please follow these steps.

  1. Pick a storybook.
  2. Choose a language. 
  3. Choose the child’s gender and write his or her name.
  4. Make your own dedication or use one of ours.
  5. Customize other characters and clothes.
  6. View some of the storybook pages.
  7. Place an order and pay.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Unfortunately, we can’t refund you, but we’ll send you a coupon for the same amount. Within 2 business days, you’ll get it by email.

Sadly, we can’t accept cancellations or modifications after 12 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

We are working hard to include many countries and destinations to our shipping locations. At this stage, we ship to GCC Countries (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Oman). Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, European countries, USA and Canada. We will add more countries and destinations soon.

I received a damaged book or product. What should I do?

Our products undergo quality control before shipping. In the unlikely event that the book gets damaged during shipping, let us know within 24 hours. Please send a picture of the damaged product. Please contact us at customers@kitabyana.com.

How do I track my order?

We’ll send you all the info about your paid order to the email address you register with. Depending on your shipping destination, we’ll give you a tracking number.

In what languages are storybooks available?

You can order our books in Arabic (only), Arabic/English, Arabic/French, Arabic/German.

Is there an invoice with the order?

There’s no invoice attached to the order and no price on the book. Let us know if you need an invoice, and we’ll email it to you. Please contact us at customers@kitabyana.com.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with Visa and Mastercard through our third-party gateway provider. You can also use PayPal depending on where you live.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Because your storybook is personalized and printed just for you, we need an advance payment.

Can promotions be combined or used on other products?

You can only use a promo code once per order. Codes can’t be combined with discounts.
